Bjorli Utvikling AS works with the holistic development of Bjorli as an all-year-round, attractive and sustainable destination.
Over the next few years, we will open up the most attractive areas for new construction of cabins and apartments at Bjorli. First up will be the area of Flyhaugen and then Bjorlihaugen. Both areas are east of the river Bøvra, high and very sunny, with real ski-in / ski-out.
In total, the areas west and east of Bøvra will open up up to 1,000 new cabin sites or in a combination of cabins and apartments.
The Flyhaugen area depicted in the round bubble on the left and the Bjorlihaugen up on the right, directly below Lift 3 in the current facility.
Top hiking terrain outside the cabin door in winter and a short distance to hiking terrain, cycle paths and fishing lakes in summer. With a short distance to the north-west country including Romsdalen and many outdoor activities, the cabin sites at Bjorli are very attractive. Do you want a cabin plot at Bjorli and want to be among the first to receive information when the start of sales is approaching? Don’t miss the opportunity to acquire one of Bjorli’s first real ski-in / ski-out plots.

The plan also allows for the establishment of a town center area with, among other things, shops, apartments, hotels and expansion of the current alpine resort.
The master plan is a master plan for the development of Bjorli as an alpine destination until 2040. The plan envisages the development of 5,000 new beds to the west of the current ski center – of which 1,080 are in Fjellandsbyen in the central area. New beds are being developed in a combination of hotels, apartment buildings and cabins with flexible use between owning, sharing and renting.
The master plan proposes two new lifts that open up new areas for alpine skiing and off-piste – one of which goes to Bjorlitoppen (1253 m).
When the cabin areas at Flyhaugen and Bjorlihaugen are developed, it will be opened for development west of Bøvra.
The mountain village is built around the current base station in the ski resort. Car-free and with walking distance to all service offers, the ski slope, accommodation and a wide range of winter and summer activities, this will be very attractive for both current permanent residents, cabin owners, but also visitors!
